Over the Hill from Down Under living out East. (Born 1954 in New Zealand now in China.) Saved by grace when Billy Graham visited New Zealand in 1969. Married to Liane with 2 daughters and 2 grandsons. Began writing 1995 while living in China for 3 years. Currently back in China since 2005 teaching English at a University. Enjoy writing stories and emails, playing tennis and family activities. I love writing for the pure fun of it, to raise hope and joy amongst others, and to encourage others to write positively and creatively about this wonderful world we have been given by our amazing creator. 
<br><br>"Poppyseed and Sunflower" (1995) a light fantasy 20 chapter adventure for children aged 10-14.  (Main characters: twin girls, a monkey and oodles of small creatures.) Written for and read to my daughters (aged 6 and 9) who encouraged me to complete it.
<br><br>Short stories in various genre - humorous fiction loosely based on personal experience ("Life in New Zealand/Australia/the Middle East/China"); one detective story ("Sherlock Holmes & Lord London's Bowls"); three collections of people I've met around the globe ("Soul for Whom..."); set of 8 reflections on Psalms 1-8 in the form of a short story ("Urbanus..."); miscellaneous others.
<br><br>Currently trying to finish a historical adventure 30 chapter novel for teenagers, set in the Middle Ages - first of a set of 3 novels ("Prestor John - Lost and Found.")
